Gift Pokemon

One of my favorite features in Pokemon - and one that has become rarer in recent games - is gift Pokemon, or Pokemon that someone just gives you for free. This page is a collection of gift Pokemon, as well as a description of the feasibility of doing a run with them.

Gen 1 - Red/Blue and Yellow

Red/Blue

You have exactly 6 gift Pokemon available in this game! That being said, two of them will take until Cinnabar Island.
