Sinnoh City Review

Sinnoh marks the series' debut in 3D.

There are substantial differences between the designs for Platinum and Diamond. Despite having played both Diamond and Platinum, I never noticed these! Since these are substantial differences in design (as opposed to minor tile swaps between Ruby/Sapphire and Emerald), I will be including both.
